$250 - ONE-HOUR PHONE CONSULTATION
We feel a verbal consultation is the best way to share our analysis because it allows for brainstorming between the reader and the writer. Through this format, we can work together to find solutions to the problems in the script. By asking questions about the writer’s intentions, we are able to help the writer give birth to a stronger script. The verbal consultation covers specific analysis of the premise, plot, characters and dialogue. We read all scripts at least twice, and offer email support after the session.  We also return the script with handwritten editorial notes directly on the pages.

Sometimes issues brought up during the session inspire a writer to desire more time to discuss ideas. After a ten-minute grace period, we can set up additional time to talk, at a rate of $50 per hour.

$425 - WRITTEN NOTES (& Phone Consultation)
Some writers feel more comfortable with a written record, beyond our comments in the margins, and we are happy to accommodate them.  For an additional $175, we will send you formal written notes after the verbal consultation in the standard studio format of three to five pages.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

$100 – Treatment/Outline Analysis – 15 page limit
Is structure your enemy? Are you unsure of where to start? Don’t give up! We will read your treatment and help you map out plot points, act breaks and character development.

$125 – First Act Analysis – 30 page limit
Are you on the right track? We will give you a professional reader’s impression of the crucial first thirty pages, and discuss setting up characters, establishing tone and initiating dramatic action.

$175 – Second Act Analysis – 60 page limit
Have you hit a roadblock after throwing all your magic on the first act? We can nurse you through this important stage of dramatic momentum and character development.
